Eat six meals per day that consist of 4-6 ounces (150 to 200g) of protein with one green vegetable. Consume one-half serving of a good whey protein (ON Nutrition 100% Whey is my choice) before and after your workouts. Take fish oil (Omeg-3) supplements, spread throughout the day (Do not go beyond 3g of EPA/DHA).
