Cardio and the fat burning range

So I have finally started cardio. All the bullshit about me being fast-twitched and hence not doing cardio etc. has clearly failed. Having studied pre-contest workout regimes of top bodybuilders, I have confirmed that cardio is a must. However interestingly, it need not be a all out sprint that burns fat. In fact if you are not in the fat burning range, you will never burn fat. And here I will explain the fat burning range.

Your fat burning range is: [220-Your Age] x 0.75= Required beats per minute. So as long as you keep your heart rate at that level, plus or minus 10 beats per minute, you will be burning fat).
